Meet your guide in Monterosso to begin your kayaking adventure. Pack your own lunch snacks and get comfortable on the kayak with a short safety briefing before departure.

Don your life jacket, strap on your single or tandem kayak, and set out with your guide across the beautiful blue waters. Customizable for all skill levels, whether you're a beginner or a rower.

Glide over the Cinque Terre's marine reserve while admiring views of the surrounding cliffs. Keep an eye out for seabirds and dolphins as you paddle at your leisure.

Before leaving Gowano Beach, walk through the hills of Vernazza, a village famous for its wine production. Spread them out with a snack, enjoy the sun or go for a swim.

After some time, get back in your kayak and head to the colorful town of Corniglia. Enjoy more time on land, or, if you prefer, continue kayaking south to Manarola and Riomaggiore.

After five hours of coastal exploration, your tour ends at your original departure point.

Sunset option (2.5 hours):

Depart Monterosso at 4:30 PM. with your kayak. Enjoy the sunset and enjoy the sea when there are few people and everything is quieter. Sail to Vernazza to explore its rocks and caves, stop at the source of a waterfall and take a dip in the water.

Then, enjoy an Italian aperitif in a quiet bay only accessible from the sea. Enjoy local organic wine from Liguria and focaccia before returning to your original departure point.

• Minimum number of people is 3 people (2 people for half-day tour in winter). Can be canceled after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In this case, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund

• Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended

Sarah is an amazing guide! ! In our family of 4, 3 of us had never kayaked before. She is a great teacher and taught us quickly. He is a marine biologist and is familiar with wildlife and rock formations. Our 13 year old daughter didn't think she would like kayaking but she did and she couldn't stop talking about how much fun it was! Sarah makes it so easy and fun. We definitely highly recommend Sara as a guide.

Great experience! If kayaking is your thing, this is an informative and active way to see the village from the sea. The best part was stopping at the pool area for wine, focaccia and a swim! It's a very hot day, so water is the way to go. Marco is a friendly and knowledgeable guide.

It's a wonderful trip along the coast to Vernazza. Marco told us about the history of the city and the whole Cinque Terre area. He is very friendly and can share a lot of local knowledge. An aperitif was a nice touch as we were swimming on the sands of the sea.

This is a must-see for anyone looking to escape the summer crowds and experience the natural beauty of the coast between Monterosso and Vernazza. This is truly a tour for all ages and skill levels. Our guide (thanks Marco!) kept an eye out for the less experienced paddlers and provided great information about the history of the area. The meeting information is clear at a glance, and questions about logistics and reservations are answered in a timely manner. It's a good night!

Our driver was very nice. The kayaks were uncomfortable and we all shared a dry bag. The kayak seats are hard plastic with no back cushions, we did a second cinque terre kayak trip and the kayak was much better. No crossbow, I'm disappointed. There is snorkeling in the ad!

It exceeded our expectations. We ended the evening show a week early. our guide. Eduardo is amazing! As a marine biologist, he is very knowledgeable about the fauna and geology of the area as well as the WWII history of the Monteresso area! The stops at the caves and secluded coves are beautiful. Foccacia and drinks are an added bonus! My only suggestion is to pack a small dry bag from home. They are flat top tandem kayaks with no storage facilities so bringing a cell phone or non-waterproof camera is out of the question. A dry bag with a drawstring around the neck is great if you want to take pictures (all personal items are locked in the lockers before heading to the beach, which we thought was very safe).

Manuel Grande! Very knowledgeable about kayaking and always making sure everyone is involved and safe. We did the sunset tour. Cool guy, down to earth, he took us for an aperitif in a really beautiful bay, gave us focaccia with delicious pesto and local wine from the vineyards we kayaked down. The view of Vernazza from the sea is amazing. In the bay we saw bright red anemones, crustaceans and cockroaches. I highly recommend this tour!

This tour was great and a great way to spend an afternoon/evening kayaking along the coast overlooking the village from the water. Our tour guide, Simona, was excellent, knowledgeable and entertaining. Standing on a small rocky embankment and watching the sunset while drinking local wine and eating fresh focaccia was an added bonus and very enjoyable. It can even take photos of your travels, which you can download from Flickr. I recommend this trip.

This trip was worthwhile! The views are beautiful and the instructor (Simone) is very nice and helpful! His historical material is very interesting and the wine is great. We were even a few minutes late (we were stuck on the train) and he called us and waited for us to get there. So be careful with them. highly recommended!
